CPE Credit Courses at COMTEC 2014

Earn CPE Credits as you attend sessions from the more than 70 conference sessions, pre-conference PCI Training workshop, and other educational opportunities available at COMTEC this year. You’ll be able to earn a maximum of 21 CPE credits for your professional development needs.

Retrieving CPE Credits is easy:

  • Attend COMTEC 2014 and/or the pre-conference PCI Workshop.
  • At all CPE Credit courses you attend, take note of the course number and instructor name. You will need to submit the course number and instructor for each course in which you wish to receive credit on our CPE Certificate Request page, made available to registered attendees at the conclusion of the conference.
  • After completing your request submission, your certificate will be emailed to you in approximately 2 weeks.

Travel Information

Plan your flights to arrive at Kansas City International Airport (MCI). Car rental, taxi, and airport shuttle services are available to get you from the airport to the hotel and back. The shuttle leaves the airport about every 30 minutes with a stop at the Sheraton Crown Center. The approximate cost for the shuttle service is $18 each way.

For your return trip, we suggest that you book your return flight no earlier than 2:30 p.m. on Thursday to allow enough time to get to the airport and check in.

Weather and Dress

Business casual dress is appropriate for all conference events. Most activities from Monday to Thursday will be within the hotel. TouchNet will provide transportation to Wednesday evening's event. A coat or other wrap is recommended, as Kansas City experiences fall-like weather in November with average highs in the 50s and lows in the 40s.
