TouchNet Forms Customer Advisory Board
TouchNet invites leaders and innovators in Campus Commerce to discuss industry issues, product directions, and business needs.
TouchNet today announced the formation of the TouchNet Customer Advisory Board (TCAB). The TCAB will provide a new, open channel for direct communication between
TouchNet and its customers. It will play a central role in steering the company's development of products and services.
The TouchNet Customer Advisory Board will be comprised of individuals representing a wide range of the more than 700 TouchNet customers in Higher Education.
TCAB members are recognized as innovators and leaders in campus commerce management.

Toughey, President. "Commerce management is one of the key areas of automation for higher education. The individuals serving on this Board will be
instrumental in shaping the future of this campus technology."
TouchNet welcomes the following charter members of the TouchNet Customer Advisory Board:
- Bruce Boyer, Chief Financial Officer, Columbia College
- Becky Bussell, Manager of Accounts Receivable, Middle Tennessee State University
- Mark Franke, Associate Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Management, Indiana University/Purdue University - Fort Wayne
- Drew Hopkins, Chief Information Officer, Thomas Edison State College
- Brad Melton, Director of Endowments and Student Fiscal Services, Trinity University
- Teresa Peters, Senior Programmer Analyst, Wright State University
- Susan Rider, Bursar, Johnson County Community College
- Jeff Schmidt, Chief Information Officer, Towson University
- Leslie Sherlin, Director of Internal Control, University of California - Davis
- Patti Van Walbeck, Director of Accounting Services, Western Michigan University
The Customer Advisory Board will meet multiple times each year to identify customer and industry best practices in commerce management, discuss business
challenges faced by TouchNet customers, and provide input and ideas for new TouchNet products and services.
