TouchNet is seeking IT Professionals to support both our corporate network and our growing 24/7/365 Datacenter operation. Successful candidates will have a passion for technology, demonstrated success in managing IT environments, and excellent communication skills. Experience with multiple server operating systems, shell scripting, J2SE/J2EE applications, database management systems, SQL, high availability technologies, and network hardware desired. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree. Programming background is a plus.
International Market Specialist
TouchNet works with universities in a variety of geographic markets, and is looking for an international market specialist to assist in our sales, marketing and research efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer and prospect communications, product demonstrations, coordinating conferences and meetings, and international sales support. Experience with international or multi-cultural marketing is preferred. Minimum requirements include a Bachelors degree, fluency in Spanish, software experience, and the ability and availability to travel internationally 25+%. Additional experience in higher education or language skills (such as Brazilian Portugese) are a plus.

TouchNet is seeking an experienced Product Manager to provide market-specific input to influence the direction of TouchNet’s Commerce applications. This position manages the product vision for new and existing products through all phases of the development life cycle. This includes analyzing market opportunities, understanding competitor offerings, product planning, roadmap generation and product launch. The Product Manager serves as the product expert and will work internally across all departments to communicate product direction, as well as educate team members on new features and functionality. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and professional services teams assisting with technical discussions and performing product demonstrations for clients and prospects. Some travel required.
Regional Manager – International Team
Sales opportunity for our growing international team. TouchNet is expanding our brand and product to new markets. Our next regional market expansion will be within Latin America region. The successful candidate will work with prospective customers and partners as we develop our overall strategy and tactics within each region. Duties will include extensive sales work, market research, travel, trade shows, sales campaigns, marketing campaigns, partnership strategy, brand positioning, and a lot of hard work. A successful history of sales and/or business development experience is required, as well as familiarity with international travel. Our current opportunity is available for a fluent Spanish speaker.
