Sam Passer is the Vice President of Client Experience for TouchNet. In this role, Sam leads client-facing teams who provide support with implementation, training, and technical expertise; leveraging his industry and customer experience skills to maximize the value clients receive from TouchNet products. Sam has extensive experience leading high performing teams within higher education, banking, payments, and client experience operations at cutting-edge software companies. Prior to joining TouchNet, Sam held a variety of leadership positions at Cox Automotive, Accenture, CommunityAmerica Credit Union, and H&R Block. Sam is a graduate of Drake University, where he earned degrees in political science and history.
