What a year it’s been! I am so proud of all we accomplished in 2019. To give just a few examples: we introduced several awesome new products and services for our customers, ran our most successful Straight Talk series yet, and welcomed new customers into the TouchNet family from all over the US while also supercharging our international expansion. We also celebrated our 30th anniversary, and to top it all off just last week we moved into a brand new headquarters building! For TouchNet and our customers, 2019 truly was another amazing year.
Looking ahead, our 2020 trade show and conference calendar is already packed. And our technology roadmap is full of new products and exciting feature enhancements that we can’t wait to show you! Mark your calendar because planning is well underway for COMTEC 2020! You have my commitment will be the best COMTEC yet.
In January we’re launching our new podcast, FOCUS: On the Business of Higher Education featuring school leaders and industry experts. I hope you’ll check it out on our newly redesigned website, which also launches soon. I could go on and on — just know that our work continues to be 100 percent focused on improving and evolving our company and our products in ways that benefit our schools and partners.
Of course, none of these exciting developments would matter if it weren’t for the wonderful customers and partners we work with throughout the year to make higher education smarter. We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us. My goal is to ensure we repay that trust many times over in 2020.
