Heather Richmond
Heather Richmond is the Senior Director of Marketing and Product Management at TouchNet. Heather has more than 20 years of experience specializing in innovative software platforms tailored for higher education and a background in training campus professionals in PCI security and campus commerce best practices. Heather leads the product management team that creates forward-thinking software solutions to automate and streamline business operations. She also leads the marketing team, which develops materials that reinforce TouchNet's position as the industry leader in campus commerce and credentials, security, compliance and more. Heather is also responsible for trade show logistics and coordinating COMTEC, TouchNet's own user conference. Heather earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis at Missouri Western State University.
