OneCard Campus ID
The OneCard Campus ID system allows for a broad range of permissions, privileges, and authorizations based on student needs, all while syncing the related data with your student information system. It’s simple, integrated, and mobile.
OneCard Campus ID is a credentials, access, and declining balance payment system that runs in the cloud, syncs with your student information system, and manages the broad range of permissions, privileges, and financial authorizations required by modern campuses. OneCard Campus ID transforms how students interact with your campus at nearly every access point. Easy to implement and integrate, OneCard is also a validated payment application that provides a true cashless campus.
Access Control
Integrate OneCard Campus ID into your campus security program to keep students, faculty, staff, and facilities safer. Only those to whom you assign access are allowed in residence halls, classrooms, labs, dining halls, and other secure areas. Designed for today’s smart campus, the OneCard Campus ID electronically authenticates credentials enabling campus communities to provide convenient secure door access. Available via physical card or digital ID for contactless access.
Payments
OneCard Campus ID can be used to make PCI-compliant payments for services such as dining, vending, book vouchers, and even laundry. Available for point-of-sale transactions at all cash registers and on the school’s e-commerce sites, payments can also be accepted at athletic events, concerts, theater productions, keynote speaker events, and more.
Dining
Most students eat a majority of their meals on campus. Students can use OneCard Campus ID to access dining halls, purchase meal plans, and order meals in advance. Staff can adjust access permissions in real-time, helping control traffic and social distancing. Reporting data also provides staff with valuable insights to guide decisions and streamline operations.
Declining Balance Options
While meal plans have used declining balances for decades, today’s declining balance cards offer uses and functions well beyond dining. Now colleges and universities can turn a student ID into a “closed loop” payment option that functions like a credit card but avoids merchant card processing fees. In addition, parents can conveniently add money and monitor spending for maximum transparency and accountability.
Accepting campus cards as a payment method extends beyond students, making on campus purchases more convenient for faculty and staff.

CheckIn Options
From class attendance to permission-based entry to labs and buildings, dorm and residence hall access, and sports and cultural events, OneCard gives students campuswide access.
