Global Payments merger with Heartland Payment Systems effective today

Lenexa, KS – Monday, April 25, 2016. TouchNet today received the much-anticipated news that the merger of Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN) and Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. (NYSE: HPY) has been finalized. The combined organization will be one of the world’s leading providers of payment technology services, serving more than 2.5 million merchants globally. Based in Atlanta, Global Payments provides a broad range of products and services for enabling all types of merchant payments across a variety of distribution channels in markets around the world.
