TouchNet announces grand opening of its new headquarters
TouchNet, a Global Payments company, is celebrating the grand opening of its new
headquarters with a ribbon cutting and open house on January 9, 2020 at 3:30 pm at 9801 Renner Blvd,
Lenexa, KS 66219.
As part of the celebration, TouchNet is giving back to the community by presenting KC based nonprofit,
Heart to Heart International with a $40,000.00 donation during the ribbon cutting ceremony, which
represents donations received through TouchNet’s recent employee giving campaign for 2020. TouchNet
has supported Heart to Heart for many years through volunteer hours, direct contributions, and by
absorbing all credit card fees so that 100 percent of donations made to the organization go directly to
further Heart to Heart’s work around the world. Over the last ten years, offsetting these fees has enabled
the nonprofit to collect more than $6M in donations.
“From volunteer work to monetary support, TouchNet’s partnership has been invaluable in helping
advance Heart to Heart International’s mission of improving health throughout the U.S. and around the
world. We are incredibly grateful for their support, and we look forward to continuing our partnership in
years to come,” Kim Carroll, CEO, Heart to Heart International.
TouchNet has been a staple in the Kansas City business community for more than 30 years and has
helped millions of students and thousands of campus administrators navigate the financial aspects of
higher education — from centralized, trackable payments to data security and payment software that
provides end-user transparency. TouchNet has transformed from a small start-up company in Lenexa,
Kansas to an international industry leader supporting universities and colleges worldwide.
“After 30 years, we are excited for the next chapter in our story,” said Adam McDonald, President of
TouchNet. “The payment industry as a whole has evolved exponentially since we began this journey.
Thanks to product evolution designed to meet the needs of our higher ed customers and continued efforts
to build strategic partnerships, we’re in a better position today than ever to help schools deliver a great
experience for their students.”
The new TouchNet headquarters is designed to foster collaboration across the organization, allow hands on training and engagement with customers, and expand the company’s research and development
capabilities. Fulfilling the next step in TouchNet’s mission of making higher education smarter, the new
space will accelerate better product development and exceptional customer service for the thousands of
higher education institutions that rely on TouchNet for payment and credentialing solutions.
