LENEXA, Kan. – TouchNet, a Global Payments company, has been named a finalist for two awards from The EdTech Awards 2024: Heather Richmond, vice president of marketing for TouchNet, is a 2024 finalist in the Leadership category for her work as the host of TouchNet’s podcast, FOCUS: On the Business of Higher Education, and TouchNet’s newest solution, Student Account Advisor, is a 2024 finalist for Cool Tool category.
Since launching the podcast, Richmond has led more than 50 conversations that address the challenges and opportunities facing the business of higher education. “I am honored to be named among the finalists for the 2024 EdTech Leadership Award,” said Richmond. “It’s a privilege to host thought-provoking conversations with leaders from across the higher ed community. The collaborative nature of those in higher education is special and there is so much to learn from each other.”
